Same with ours, insurance reasons. Customers are only allowed in the service bays/service area if an adviser is present. They can't just hang around in there.

:agree: with Mike about it being an issue with SYNC not starting up correctly. It's just incredibly frustrating as the service techs won't do anything because there are no TSBs out on it.
