Question Engine wise what was new on the 2010

I see it has 15 more hp (Was that finally a stock CAI and tune from FRPP), what else did they do to the 4.6.

They put the parts from the Bulitt on it.

It's just a refresh... so you summed it up yourself.
The only other things worth mentioning is the rpm is up (due to the intake). And it has a better knock calibration.

they designed the oil cap differently

And it's not directly the same air intake manifold tho- So to say it's from the Bullitt is not 100% accurate. As the Ford Chief engineer Paul Randle said, the 2010 advancement in the engine was "inspired by the Bullitt"
