Hi, Steve.

I've been talking with Ford and the local Ford dealer, finally consulting Lemon Lawyers. They tell me I don't have a case, due to my not discovering the leak sooner, while the warranty was still in full force. (I lived in Palm Springs, where it never rains.) The lawyer said to gather other names of folks with the same problems, for a class action suit. Ford DID, this week, offer to split the cost of a cleaning-out of the three offending body panels, but the Ford mechanic stated that there is no real fix for these leaks and that I would have to bring the car back for the same repair over and over, as long as I own it. (Which also involves removing the top to get to the rear quarter panels.) I'm glad you had some success with Ford. Any advice? I'm not too keen on trying to organize a class action suit. But I'm interested in any advice you may offer.
