    The molex disconnected from the gray part that the boot attached to. I put the boot and it's part back into the body, but i pushed the molex down inside of the car. I did not reconnect the molex to the boot, which allowed me to have enough space to have all of the wires running through the boot.

    i can KINDA see some wires going thru the doors, are those the sets of wires you're talking about that you were able to run? im guessing it doesnt run THRU the molex connector? more like once you pull it out you can run the wires thru and put the molex back in the place it sits?
