    Hey, Thanks for the reply. I doubt I will do the amps as I seldom listen to the radio. But when I do I hate the muddy mid tones. I think your upgrade is more my preference. Thanks again.

    Sorry for the late reply, I haven't visited the forum in a while. The speaker upgrade went without issue; it was a plug and play install as outlined in my write up. It was about a 50% improvement i'd say over the stock muddy-sounding speakers. Don't expect a crazy huge improvement with just a speaker swap though. I'm told that the very same aftermarket speakers will be a night and day improvement if you add in upgraded aftermarket amplifiers and the associated wiring. I never got around to adding amps yet.
