You're gonna need to cut your rear valence or find an aftermarket replacement.
Here's a thread where a member cut his regular valence after installing magnaflow quad-tip mufflers. https://themustangsource.com/showthr...=519408&page=3
Haven't seen any '11-'12 California Specials with a quad exhaust setup, I'd sure be too scared to cut my GT/CS valence, and I fabricate auto parts every day lol. Honestly, the only way to do quad exhaust on a '11-'12 S197, is to get a '13-14 rear bumper cover and the '13-'14 GT500 rear valence. It would be the cleanest look IMO.
Here's a DIY video. It's a base valence, but you get the idea.

Correction: on a 10-12...
I got a 2013 bumper for $170 and the OE valance + the OE quad exhaust.
I was looking into the Magnaflow, but cutting the GT/CS or GT500 valance just looks awkward.
Afaik there is no aftermarket quad valance for the 10-12 cars

I did the conversion on my 2011. Just had to cut the bottom valance. I did one side to perfection but missed my line on the other side just barely. Can't tell unless you get close. Not difficult and it's rather cheap for another valance if needed.
