Here's a couple videos crazy George just put up regarding the Mustang Roundup. These are the kind of extra fun things you can expect to see and do at the Roundup that you just won't see at other track events. Anyway more to come

Where's everyone staying out there? We reserved at the Holiday Inn Express for the pool, bringing along our little one.
Father-in-law is bringing the RV though, okay to park it at the track?

Should not be a problem, but you may want to call them to be sure.

I'm certainly not. But maybe I should be "loaded for bear" by Sept 21st.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. I've never been bear hunting... they scare me

And I'm guessing those trashed old Conti slicks are being replaced with something more serious, too....

Nah...my tires will still say Continental

Springs arrived today. Unfortunately I can't start working on the car until next week. Might hit up Pueblo on August 31 with Faast to shake I down and dial it in.

That, and I think Bill expects me to wash it...so I better get that on the schedule too

Between mod mad John, my buddy who's basically taken the car apart and put it back together a la Steve Austin (Google $6 million man you young guys), Dean with some seat time in the Boss and Todd with 2 Bosses....not to mention the "old man" that's just laying in the weeds, I might just watch this year

Questions about RV spots at the track....we have 20/30/50 AMP RV Spots that will handle the largest of Tow Vehicles and Coaches. Great Showers too!

I also checked on race gas for anyone that needs it (302S guys for sure). He'll have the following:

GT260 Sonoco 100 unleaded and renegade 102 unleaded. The GT260 has ethanol and renegade does not and for this event both will be $10 per gallon.

I have sent in my registration and have my room reservations....looking forward to it! Turns out it will probably be my only track event this year. The Track Guys Atlanta Motorsport Park event at the end of August that I registered for, was cancelled due to low registration.

Good deal and looking forward to seeing you there. I am planning to head down to try out the new suspension at MPH next weekend and get a few practice laps. George called me and said the FOMOCO boys are having a 2013 GT500 delivered to the track Saturday morning and are bringing it out to play Saturday afternoon. I can't wait to see one on track! My sense is it will be around for the Roundup.
