Bought a Yellow Blaze GT/CS

Hi everyone,

I've been here about a month asking questions and everyone has been very helpful - thanks. Short story is i traded my 2005 GTO for a 2012 YB GT/CS today.

It's a 6 speed with hid/security package, 3:73's and comfort package. Drove right off the showroom floor at TASCA Ford [creator of the 428 Cobra Jet Mustang concept].

The window sticker was $38,295.00 with dealer discount it was $36,183.00. Then the $3000.00 Ford rebate/$750.00 personal cash coupon it was $17500.00 and my GTO [$15,683.00], couldn't be happier with this deal.

This is the only pic i have right now.

Thanks. It's amazing outside in the sun, completely different car vs inside the showroom. I've heard something about contacting Ford for GT/CS info/certificate/production numbers? Anyone know what i'm talking about?

You can get a certificate from Ford. I have a 2007 GT/CS but have never done so.

There was a registry site that had been going for several years by an individual who is a member here, but I read recently it was shut down.

On the to-do list is:
MGW shifter
GT500 spoiler
GT500 mud guards
Forgeline or Eurotek wheels
tint
clear bra
CIA/tune after some break-in miles

I'm going to buy the GT500 stuff from the dealer, who has the best deal on the shifter?

Congrats on the car. Yellow Blaze and Grabber Blue are my favorite GT/CS color combos

Thumbs up

Congrats on the Mustang...........it looks superb.

You've also bought from a legendary dealer. Clearly you already know some of the history but, if you get a chance, buy the Bob Tasca Snr (RIP) book "You will be satisfied". Amazing story of an amazing (sales)man.

I think this is what you are talking about, but it looks like you will have to wait till the final 2012 production run is complete before it is available.
