2013 Mustang GT exhaust manifold/header gasket leak
So my Mustang Gt is under warranty and I dropped it off at the dealer because the passenger header/manifold gasket is leaking. They kept it for 4 days and now have told me to come pick it up until the "special tool" they need to fix it arrives. I know a bit about working on almost everything and there is no special tool to remove a header unless they are out of sockets. They did not know there would be a special tool required when I dropped the car off? I even told them it was the gasket when I dropped it off. I'm also interested to see how many miles they have put on my car in the past 4 days. First and last Ford.

So, it's now been 15 days of driving around with my header leak. The dealer that says they will give me a rental when they finally fix it has the "special tool" now, but no mechanics to work on it. I also just noticed that someone at the dealership more than likely went through some paperwork in my car. Customer service says to take it to another dealer, but they can't help with a rental even though they already kept it for 4 days.
