Just throwing this out there. If anyone comes across any of these parts for a good price (just starting to put together this project so I need everything) please PM me, or put the links on here. Thank you so much!

Kenwood+I-datalink looking more and more like the best offering. Only true difference is 7inch vs 8inch screen, and OEM look...

That's a no.
You would still need the dash harness. I got all my pieces for about $1100, if I remember right.
Although coming across these navs seems to be rare
Check car-part.com

I'm strongly considering doing this as a little pet project. Between this and doing the '13/14 rear swap, I'm going to keep my car a bit longer and tailor it more to my liking.
As others have said, any leads would be appreciated! I have a Job 2 (8/15/10 or later build) 2011 with heated seats, no camera.
I'm also interested in making the dual zone climate control work by adding the blend door. If anyone has part numbers or info, it would be appreciated.
I think I may have found a unit, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for in terms of complete "sets".
One last thing - if you get a bezel with or without heated seats and you need the opposite, can you just buy the button interface?

Buying new, I think it all comes as one unit, but I'm not sure. I think dmhines has a bezel with heated seats?
In post #2 of this thread I outline what you need. Part numbers are in that post as well (at least the ones I could provide). Eveything is plug and play except for the amplifier. Recap of what you need:
- nav screen
- bezel with heated seats
- nav ACM
- appropriate main dash harness for your car. Call the dealer, have them look up the harnesses and tell them you need a dash harness for a car with nav, heated seats, camera (just in case you want to retrofit it) and manual with your car's build date.
- dual climate system harness
- amplifier
- amplifier bracket (if going OEM)
(all this stuff can come out of the same car)
As for the dual zone, I bought the actuator for the blend door on the driver's side thinking that is all I needed. There is a white plastic hollow tube sticking out of the hole the actuator goes into, though, preventing the actuator from correctly fitting on. I tried to do this when the dash was already put back in, so I couldn't see what else was preventing me from changing it.
There are 2 blend doors, but both doors move as 1 and are controlled by the passenger side actuator. I suspect that both doors are connected by that white plastic tube, but without visually seeing it, I really don't know. I don't believe that Ford sells the parts separately for the climate system. But if you found a nav, then grab its climate system as well.
You'll be the pioneer on that one.
If you get a nav already programmed for the rear view camera, you could add that as well, as I did, but it is not plug and play either. If you go that route, I can help.

I've got a parts list started based on your post Jim. That was a huge help. I've also identified the part number for my particular car's main wire harness. Perhaps we could start a listing of those based on model year and build date? I'm not interested in doing a backup camera, as I have a spoiler delete and want to keep it that way. I may have a lead on the ACM, monitor, and some of the harnesses, but I would need to trade bezels with someone who has heated seats, or figure out a way to make it work without the buttons. I'm trying to retain 100% functionality and make it as OEM as possible.

Thats a pretty good deal. Get your main harness from Tousley.

I lowballed him thinking it wouldn't stick and he took it. Can't complain. I'm planning on using Tousley for the other stuff. Can you identify some of the harnesses in there? I see the ACM, monitor, bezel, but don't know what the other stuff is.

I see that the bezel does not have the heated seat buttons though. I PMed you a couple places that have.
I also see that you got the amp. Pretty good deal! If you wire that up, let me know and I'll help. You'll be canibalising your old harness to get pins to wire it up.

Thanks for the info. I have a friend who's a member on here without heated seats that might take the bezel once I find one with the heated seat option. I plan on using the OEM amp, so I will need some help eventually. Has anyone thought of making pigtails to adapt the two amps and not cut anything up?

You'll need the bracket for it. It goes in the trunk in the passenger side fender (see previous posts).

Also, as this nav came from a car without heated seats, I'm guessing that on the climate screen you will not have the heated seats buttons show up on the touchscreen. The physical buttons would probably still work, though.
You will need to send it to United Radio to enable that.
