Adding Guardsman Blue stripes to my `11 GT and removing decklid panel

Ok, so in a bit of an early birthday present, my parents are going to pay to get the stripes that I want painted on my GT.

I've always wanted a white GT with Guardsman Blue racing stripes. During the tiny bit of research done so far, I've found that it is hard to get the exact paint colors for Guardsman Blue.

Anyone have any info on this stuff for me?

Also, I have the decklid panel currently on there, but it will come off once I add the stripes. Do I just have to order a new GT faux gas cap to put on there to replace it?

Panel came off pretty easily apparently. Just a few clips and 3M tape. Painting the stripes was a ***** though apparently.

Thanks. The Guardsman Blue looks so much better in person than it does in pictures. I wish Ford would make current Mustangs in that color.

I haven't had a chance to get some good pictures yet, but I should have some time this weekend at some point. I'll be sure to update when I do.
