How do I sync my phone with car?

Alright gang,

Tell me how to sync my phone with my '08 CS. My phone has bluetooth but I'm just not too sure how to hook them up together. It's a little hard sometimes to drive, change gears and hold a phone all at the same time!

RTFM?

Seriously though. I assume that you have an after-market Sync system installed? I have an '08 as well and they didn't offer Sync as a Dealer installed option.

I installed a Parrot CK-3200 that workED very well with my BlackBerry Storm until I upgraded the Operating System on my BlackBerry (version 5.0). So beware of these upgrades and always check on firmware and supported phones BEFORE installing!!

Thanks for the info, no after market set up. I just thought it had it on there because of the phone button on the radio and the little tiny speakers up by the map lights??

Ah, no. It is an option that wasnt available on the 08 (at least not in CA..). The phone button (on the Shaker 500/1000 systems) will mute the radio in the event you have a phone call.
You can get an after market system installed for 400 or so. I bougt my system for 420 and did the install myself. A note on that...the mute isnt a full mute, so if you like to destroy your eardrums to Metallica / Iron Maiden like I do, make sure you know the bass will still rumble a bit

I read somewhere??? that you could get a dealer installed kit to work with the stereo but I never followed up on it. Also, those are actually sensors for your alarm system not tiny speakers.
