Word Warranty can get voided if signs of "abuse" 1/4 or 0-60 runs or track ?

We know about the ford MT82 trans problems. I have been holding back about buying a 2011-12 model, hoping there will be some improvement before making a purchase. To my knowledge there is no improvement, i think they might have changed oil thickness or something of that sort, to improve shifts?

So ford offers 3/36k bumper to bumper and power train 5/60k. So lets say in the next 5 years ill go to a 1/4 track and do a few hard launches, maybe take it to a road track a few times and do some drifts and my transmission starts giving me problems (or anything drivetrain related) can ford void my warranty and say i abused the car??

If I'm correct, MT82 also comes in a Boss 302 (track car) so if we take a track car to a track and something goes wrong will ford automatically void the warranty because they might see worn out tires, or worn out brakes etc?

I understand when you buy a car and have no idea how to drive stick and grind and put the gear from high to low accidentally and mess things up, sure thats your fault, but if you drive the mustang how ford presents the car as it should be driven (i.e.: donuts, drifts, drag ) then how can it be an owners problems if the stock mustang can't handle its own power in proper up and down shifts during a race?

after all there is no disclaimer in these commercials, stating that these things should not be performed or it would void the warranty.

I would think it would be obvious that the warranty on your STREET car would not cover damages incured on a race track, and I have not seen Ford make any advertisement of any kind that suggested these are purpose built race cars.

Your warranty covers your street car being driven in a legal fashion on public roads. Once you leave a public road you're taking responsibility for any damages done. Drag racing is no different from trying to take your Mustang off-roading, if you take part in those activities and break it, it's all on you.
