Thanks Shaiz. She's woman through, and through. She told a friend today that I wanted them (which I do), but failed to mention she really does also. Gotta love her.....

Now comes the cold morning start ups with the garage door closed, enthusiastic throttle blipping through tunnels, covered bridges, jersey barrier lanes through construction zones, and WOT on ramp launches.

Let the fun begin!

Can't wait. I had to bring the car straight home from the shop. And of course it's going to be raining for the next two days, so it will stay in bed until the sun shines.

I did let the Wifey hear them in the garage. She had the biggest smile........So, I'm golden for the ever how many days she see's fit.

Flowmaster Outlaws if you want louder, but beware the drone.

Very nice, always a plus to have a gear head for a S/O! My wife doesn't think our GT is loud enough with Flowmaster Outlaws... The GT500s definitely have better manners, but they have a bad *** tone!

I'll stick with my GT500's....to me they have the perfect sound....the "youngsters" can have the super loud exhausts.....these are "understated"...which suits me just fine!!! Plus spending $700+ for axle backs is getting crazy.....

Thank you Jeff. I've been through the super loud systems in my younger days. Now, I just want nice that doesn't **** off the neighbors.

Agree 100%....I'm 56 so I don't need the super loud anymore.

I second that. The Flowmasters on my 07 were much louder. My retired neighbors like me now which is good because they always want to give me German beer

I got my GT500s installed this morning. Fitment/alignment is perfect, and it only took the dealer 45 minutes! Better than me laying on my back, lol.

Car sounds pretty nasty when revved up when standing behind the car and just a little bit of backfire popping sounds great…going down the road, nice and quiet, open it up and they roar…absolutely perfect.

Got these sitting in the basement for when the car gets here. I'm rapidly closing in on 40 (I'm 37) but if I want louder I'll probably slap on some Boss sidepipes and gradually open up the hole in the baffle until I hit the volume or sound that I want. Same price as trying a different set of axlebacks anyways!

Delete the resonators. It really makes the GT500s shine. No drone and really wakes up the exhaust.
