It's my understanding those are Telephone Interviews conducted by the NHTSA.

You can't submit a report without your VIN and verifiable contact info.

Well, I have had a tough time today getting it into reverse. Everything has been fine for over 14k miles, but now its acting up. I was able to replicate it 3 separate times over the course of my travels today.

Have you changed your tranny fluid yet ! On my third day now, and very happy with the way the tranny has been behaving with the MTL fluid.

Not yet. Been thinking about it since I started reading all of the positive feedback on it.

Same here. With all the raving reviews, can't hurt to just try it out.

I'm going to get the TSB on my pressure plate bolts first, though. Not sure if that's the source, but my clutch pedal is getting softer, almost to the point that I can't feel engagement.

No couch potato here. I have to work from home because Ford can't fix my car and it's unsafe to drive.

Fixed your quote based on what I have read. I am fairly certain they are not gonna touch it if it is in lemon law litigation.
