I have got to tell everyone here that in regards to StickShiftNoobs photos, that besides the super frickin' awesome clean looking car, that these may be the best tastefully done pictures of a Mustang that I have ever seen.

I am just beside myself that I just don't know more on what to say. I'm just that taken by the car and the pictures. They are just really something else.

Excellent and I do mean excellent work, StickShiftNoob.--------Bill

Thank you kind sir!!! I appreciate it I would love to take credit for the photos, but I can't. After I got the car I called up a previous co-worker of mine that did photography on the side because I wanted some nice pictures of my car, and didn't want to post ****ty iphone pics (no offense to anyone who does) She had never done any photography of cars before mine so it was a learning experience for both of us, but they turned out more amazing than I ever thought! Thanks again for the kind comments!

Plasti-dipped the whole cap, then peeled off the "GT." Since the "GT" is raised compared to black surrounding it peeled off easily.

Certainly not the greatest pic, but here it is anyways.-------Here's another showing the backside. I've always got a kick out of how the Shelby letters reflect back up on the underside of the spoiler. Awesome as far as my humble opinion is concerned.
Reflectivity is even greater of course on nicer days.

Np Bill... least I could do.

I did forget to comment tho, regarding your statement about getting your Meguiar's Detailer to clean up the rain water.

Please be careful with that. When it rains, even on a parked car, it mixes in with the contaminants (dirt, dust, pollen, whatever) already on the surface of your car. That's why when it dries up, you see dirt "etches" on your car. It gets worse when you drive it in the rain, as the amount of dirt is amplified.

So simply using a microfiber (MF) towel to spray and wipe off the "dirt" may seem like a harmless idea, but this is a big contributor to "marring" or scratching your paint...leading to swirls, etc. Though it may not ALWAYS lead to swirls (i.e. if you do it VERY gently, or "dab" the spots instead of wiping, for example), there is a high probability it will. Don't take the risk.

My rule of thumb is, whenever it gets rained on, a 2 or 3-bucket wash is a must.... this greatly reduces the chances of adding swirls on a paint's finish. In other words, why take the risk? I would hate to see your gorgeous Shelby swirled up.

Just wanted to share my thoughts, Bill... I hope that's ok. (Paint care is my passion... lol)

Oh nice, yea I see that now as I look closer. I just saw the front and the tail-lights and made the comment.

Looks great, I think the '13 style HIDs would look really good, but that's probably a matter of opinion.

Is that just a photoshop? or is that really painted? IMO, it doesn't flow. I prefer the stock matte finish. The paint match is also off.
