Just checked the order banks again. No pricing yet. And no 2012 order guides yet, either.

According to a pdf I found on the Ford Accessories website, there are a few other changes as well:
  • tape stripe for V6 Pony package is different
  • Yellow Blaze is available with V6 Pony package
  • 64M wheels change to a split 7-spoke design
  • grille on GT/CS is now Tuxedo Black (was chrome for MY 2011)

Got a link to said pdf?

EDIT - for those of you who may be looking for Boss parts, the front splitter is an additional part that attaches to the GT/CS front fascia. The link to instructions can be found here:

http://www.fordaccessoriesstore.com/GfaWeb/techSpecs.do

Listed under "Mustang (2011-CMY) Front Lower Splitter Installation Instructions"

has there been any more confirmation of the GT500 rear valance being available to order?

Something on the CS front valance was supposed to be an option as well.

Any truth to these?

Those are not FACTORY options. The Ford build'n'price website shows them as DEALER installed options available over the parts counter. Any MSRP/price shown for these parts on Ford's website is for the parts only, and does not include installation. Click on the "details" button on any of these items at Ford's website and it includes a disclaimer that they are not factory installed, and that pricing is up to the dealer.

I like the new 64M wheels.

Funny, you don't see anything about the GT500 in this print...

Um...no. There will be a GT500 for 2012, but Ford hasn't released details yet. Be patient.
