So I was driving my mustang and the motor started knocking but it wasn't burning oil or I wasn't losing power.. Help?

Welcome to TMS - you might want to pass by the introductions section and say hi.

Now, is the knocking like it was missing or knocking there are steel ***** in the crankcase?

Sorry I didn't realize there was a introduction section!

I didn't get a Chance to look in the motor yet but the knocking isn't consistent. Like I said the car wasn't losing power or burning anything. And when the cars just idling it only seems to knock every once and awhile.

When it knocks, do you hear a clunk or a bang, or does the engine shudder?

One is probably an easy fix and the other will end in tears.

Video uploaded on YouTube might help. And it don't have to burn oil to spin a rod or crank bearing.
