if this has been discussed already, i apologize but i just dont have time to go through every post on here. i recently ran over some black bags with rocks in them in brooklyn and the bottom lip of the front bumper gotsome nice scratches so instead of getting a whole new bumper im goin with a chin spiler. any recommendations? and to those that already have them, maybe u could posts some pics so i can get an idea of how it will look. ive got a black on black 06 gt btw. o and im going to be installing it myself ofcorse, just wondering how hard it was and how long it took
thanks

My painter does a lot of after market work for dealers.
He painted CDC chin spoiler and istalled it.
He still won't stop raving about how easy and fast the install was.
Everything I have bougt from CDC has fit perfectly.

What color is your car? I really like the paint match with mine. Makes it look like it's from the factory. If you had a V6, it'd match the rockers if it was matte, but your rockers are painted as a GT so, eh, since they line right up I figured I'd paint it. Glad I did too.

my cardomain site is below in my signature. i got the exact same model as you. i dont know, but the unpainted black chin personally, it just stands out more than the painted. maybe because it matches the grille, not sure

+1 for the body-color matched CDC Classic...

I've got the "Legend" chin spoiler from GEFracing - very similar in style to the GT500 chi spoiler...already comes in black gel-coat, so no need to paint if you dont want. I bought it because it covers a crack in my bumper nicely...

I took out an armadillo with my CDC Classic spoiler, or rather an armadillo took out my CDC spoiler. It looked like my car's two front teeth were missing. The only thing left on my car were about 1 feet pieces on the left and right. The whole middle of the spoiler was gone. If you live in a rural area, or drive down a lot of two-lane state highways, I would put some consideration into just how long you think the spoiler will last.
