I never rely on these cars when it comes guessing stock HP considering I have seen so many variations in the numbers; thats why its a good idea to see how much your gaining...

yeah i know. I'm going to ask them when they call or when I pick up my car if they did a pre dyno. I should have asked about that before hand. Was trying to get out of the shop before my wish list kept getting shorter as I was adding one thing after another. Started off with just the intake work then the kooks added then the underdrive then the brake kit.

Hahahahaha.... I know the feeling!!! Before I began to restrain myself I was going to also do gears, DS, Brakes, and few other things. Thank goodness my conscious kicked in and was like stop before you go broke.

this all started after getting the supercharger upgrade kit for the 08 f150 harley. Already thinking, my, I can add a procharger onto this intake and really get some power. All this just so that I didn't go test drive the 2011 gt and start on a new car payment after the 06 is 3 months from paid off.

dynoed at about 350rwhp, they went easy on the tune due to the hot temps going on now. Could retune in cooler weather prob get to 370rwhp. Initial prediction was from a car with a one piece driveshaft for the higher numbers. Should have a copy of the dyno when I pick up the car later. Then again $700 for a one piece drive shaft. hmmm. Think it's going to be fun to drive going from prob 260 baseline rwhp to 350. That should be a noticeable difference. Will give the wife's camaro a run for the money.

Yes, the disease is called G.A.S. for "Gear Acquisition Syndrom"... the only known cure is bankruptcy.

Picked up the car a little while ago, looks, sounds, drives unbelievable. Have to take it easy on the gears for the next couple days so they set it ok. Don't want any noise there. The brake kit fills up the rims nicely. Now have to think about the one piece drive shaft. That will add a few ponies to the numbers as well. Dynoed at 347 at the rear with a/f at 12.4 on 93 octane. They could push it to 13 on the a/f once it cools down here a bit. Really happy with the job going to try to put up some before and after pix of the engine.

The FRPP intake looks much taller than the stock intake.
I am assuming that the strut tower brace won't clear it?

I want to get one of those intakes but I hate to part with my bullitt brace.

My strut brace might fit but would definitely rub the intake. From what I have read on the web strut brace will rub.

Man I don't want to sound like a jerk at all but I guess the Head and Cam Combo I have lends itself to breathing a little better; b/c I am netting 375rwhp on a conservative tune BEFORE the Manifold & TB....

I am expecting over 400rwhp......

No No; I really don't mean it like that.... More so I am wondering if my dyno numbers are off??? I guess we will see in the next 2 to 3 days if I completely stuck my foot in my mouth with the 400rwhp comment...

And I apologize about the previous comment I made, no harm intended.

Btw, It looks AMAZING...

I don't think anyone is taking it personally, I'm just giving you a hard time! I would wonder twice about the dyno though - food for thought "If it's too good to be true...."

What head/cam combo are you running?

This is gonna be one of my first mods when I get my GT .... Does anyone have the link from the Ford Racing site?

Heres the site: http://www.fordracingparts.com/home/home.asp

And the Head / Cam combo is a custom build at a shop down here in S. Fla... I keep meaning to post the Specs on the heads I just can't remember off the top of my head the intake and exhaust numbers... I look for it in the next few days for ya.

The article in MMFF showed about a 80hp gain over stock. That was with heads, cam, intake, throttle body and a tune.
Now to find some tests on a FI car!

I think that if you have this installed on your car and you havent posted Dyno results yet you need to be banned

Im in the same boat as you, Im already making 375whp and 345wtq with every bolt on , cams (comp stg. 2 xfi-spr) and p&p'd heads with upgraded springs and larger valves. If the manifold and TB get you to that 400whp mark Im going to be real tempted to go the same route.

Same here ... Except right now I am making about 17RWHP

I am very interested in seeing who this plays out
