BMR LCA. What grease should I use?

I'm looking for suggestions on the best grease to use with BMR LCA's.

BMR told me to use Marine grease, it's sold at walmart near the engine oil

Get a gun with the grease to inject it in the zerk fittings

If it is a new gun, the end is tight to push on. I use the red lithium grease. Put on plenty of grease in and around the bushings before you install and it helps. Also buy a flexible end, it gets tight in there.

White Lithium Marine Grease is the key! Can be purchased at pep boys, autozone, wal-mart, ect. And for everyone whining about the zerk fitting...Go buy some right angle ones and replace it...then you don't have to worry about tight spots!!!!!

I never had any problem lubing my BMR lowers and I used red grease. You do have to make sure grease comes out of both ends and it will if they are greased before tightning them down. Panhard rod different story because it has problems with bushings being too long and fitting screw on mine was not on center so no way was grease going through the bushing.. I machined some of the material off the inside end of the bushings to make it work. Also need 90 degree fitting on drivers end to aid lubercating the panhard. I am installing relocation brackets this week if I can find a dry day.

Any semi-decent auto parts store (autozone, pep boy's, O'Reilly's, etc)

O.K., stupid question I didn't ask earlier. The fitting is for the grease gun, right? Is it universal? I have to order through the Internet, so I'm trying to gather the info. Also...Looks like I can grease the parts before installing? I'm doing it this Friday, so no way I'll get a fitting in time. Thx...
