Who has the edge? The shelby is stock and the vette has exhaust and cold air intake

I'd say the Shelby should, but corvettes are light.

Should be no problem for the Shelby unless you're on a road course.

Bench racing reveals a ~.3-.4 second and ~3-4 mph difference in the 1/4 mile . . . . drivers race in "real" life, in my opinion, unless on a road course as Al stated.

6 years of evolution FTW. That's not to say I've never beaten a C5 Corvette in my '05 V6...A ****ty driver is a ****ty driver.
