Sacramento Raceway! 1/4 mi.

I'm going to sacramento raceway in sacramento on Wednesday night the 16th!
Just seeing if any one else was going or wanted to go?
Been a while since I've been drag racing!

I want to get a base line for my car before any mods.
Any guess on what my 2014 GT, track pack car will run, in the 1/4 mile?
300a model with only options being recaro seats and track pack, so as light as it can be!
I very curious to see what it will run!

My 1965 fastback runs 12.7 and this car feels a little slower but we will see!
My 65 runs on Chester slicks so it hooks real good!
I think traction is going to be my biggest problem.
For those running 15" x 8" drag tires what offset rim are you running?
I will post results after I go.

Well I went to the drag strip tonight had a best run of 13.02 at 110.4 mph!
I was really hoping to hit the 12 second mark but fell a little short.
I was very impressed with the trap speeds out of this car stock.
110+ MPH that's fast!
But I was crossing the finish line in 4th gear @ 6700+ rpm and bouncing off the rev limiter as I was crossing the line.
My 60 ft time were horrible @ 2.21 no one on street tires were much better!
I will be putting my pro-cal tune on the car now and seeing what difference that makes!
I will get the tune put on next week and get back out to the strip in 3 weeks!
I will let everyone know what difference it makes!

I would love to know what other people are running with their stock cars!

Too bad I didn't see this, but I can't even drive my car right now anyways. Sac's track prep sucks. Infineon is worse. That's not a bad time, knowing considering their track prep! Need to raise that limiter by 300 RPM, then you'll be good to go

There were a bunch of people up from the Bay Area this week and they were saying Infineon was better to run at, everyone I talked to said they ran 2 - 3 tenths faster at Infineon and it was all in the 60 ft times!

Hmm I ran better at sac, but sac was at night and Infineon was during the day...

My wife and I used to always run better at Sac, our H/C/I/E/N/S 2002 Camaro SS managed a best of 10.4 at Sac and only a 10.7 at Infineon.

Infineon (headwind that day):

Good times! I hate how windy it is at Infineon...the crowd at Sac is usually more muscle car too. I only ran once, but I've been a couple times to spectate. Some random stuff shows up there lol. Back to back I saw a monster Mazdaspeed6 run an 11.07 then a VW dune buggy run a 13.x but it was the scariest 13 second quarter mile I've ever seen the car looked like a bathtub with a roll cage!

Your car is a high 12 sec. car with a better 60 ft. With some slicks you will be there.

That's what I'm hopping!
Does any one know what back spacing I would need on a set of 15x8 rims?
