Creating new user id's - The Mustang Source

Why are you guys having to create new user id's to login? What errors, problems are you having trying to login. I would much prefer you keep your old identity so lets try to work this out.

I'm not sure if people realize they need to use the password they were using back in January if they changed it since then. Thou if you are a new member since January would your account still be exist?

I had to recreate mine. I forget when I joined, but it has been since Jan.

If you created since January, we understand you need to recreate your acccount, we are talking more to those people who were members prior to January.

There's a "I forgot my password" link at the login screen.

Well I think I was here before Jan...but yet it let me re-create Ninjak. So I have no clue..

I logged in after Jan so I had to start from scratch

When I tried to retrieve my password it gave me a weird error message for about 24 hours.

I was patient and it went through the next day (even though I wanted to change my name to TacoBill

).

well i had to make a new one since i joined on the 20th of january (somewhere around there)....however it did give me the option of making a new name for myself.
