GPS & Mobile Ease Bluetooth conflict

Just got my '08 GT back from the dealer, after more than 2 weeks fixing a navigation problem. The nav only got 0-3 satellites, and had the "no gps signal" icon about 80% of the time. The dealer tried software. Then they replaced the gps antenna, which is in the dash behind the steering wheel. Then they replaced the entire head unit. None of it helped. Ford was at a loss too. The tech finally put the gps antenna on top of the dash on the passenger side, and voila 7 satellites. Turns out the the bluetooth antenna is supposed to go in the kick panel, not up by the gps antenna. They moved it and nav works fine now. I'm curious to see whether Ford issues a TSB on this issue.

I got a new head unit out of the deal. The new one has a "Phone" button in place of the old Mute. Apparently, the Phone function is supposed to work in conjunction with cell phones, just like the current Mobile Ease. Except, it uses the touchscreen, and is not yet available for Mustangs. The button currently does nothing (it does not mute, as some have suggested).

The phone button on my '08 acts the same as a mute button. I don't have bluetooth though so maybe that is why.
