Gas tank

I'm getting anew gas tank cuz my old one had too much rust. When I install it do I have to do anything to prep it or like pressurize if?

It kind of depends on what kind you got. If you have a gravity feed gas tank that already has the gas gauge installed then its pretty much plug and play. If you have to put the gas gauge meter thing in the tank then there is more to it.

I just got a stock replacement for a 65 I had to install the fuel sender
