Brakes

Brakes
I have drum brakes all the way around on my 66. I recently changed all four wheel cylinders, new shoes on each wheel, new drums and bled the brakes. I still feel there is too much pedal travel before braking begins. any ideas or suggestions?

You have to bleed them the old fashion way starting from the wheel farthest away from the master cylinder and get a friend to start pumping away! Plus make sure you have the shoes adjusted right , just a little drag when spinning the wheel off the ground!

The fronts I did it the old fashioned way but the rear I used a brake bleeding kit. Sounds like the best thing to do is what you all suggest and bleed them all again manually. I have a little drag on all the brakes. Thanks for the help.
